However, you are not fixed yet, as it may happen 3 or more times. With luck, it will then continue downloading. When it gets stuck, Wait half hour, restart the console and hope it starts again. Don't hard reset, don't unplug, don't change DNS settings, etc. It will auto loop this a lot of times before it gives up. The best way, which worked for me, was to just simply power cycle (restart) my console after it does the standard 10 or so fails/installation_stopped error. 1 It downloaded until 1.16 GB/stuck Wait a while, Restart console 2 Download approx 11 GB/stuck Wait a while, Restart console 3 Download approx 16 GB/stuck Wait a while, Restart console 4 Download approx 32 GB/stuck Wait, Restart console You need to somehow manipulate its order in the Download que after it gets stuck, OR reset it's current file check loop. I even had to let it cycle the "stopped" message for half hour to even get it to progress again.
